Today we were at a school friend's birthday party, her Mom just happens to be Ben's kindergarten teacher. She'd worked so hard arranging various games for the kids (unlike Bill and I - for Ben's birthday we're going to a kids place that does all the work for us, we just have to sit back and watch the kids make as much noise and mess as they can).Despite Ben having zero athletic ability, he had a blast in the 3-legged-race and the sack race. He also blew us away with his catching ability - during the throw-(and catch)-the-water-balloon competition. He won hands down. Unfortunately, I don't foresee that sport becoming a high-paying career.
